A place to have fun with friends and family was the objective for this 1 acre Greenwich landscape. The amenities list was long, including a new pool, outdoor kitchen, dining and lounging areas, sport court, great lawn, additional parking plus plenty of storage and privacy. We fit everything together by dual-purposing as much as possible. The sport court did triple duty as extra parking and storm-water storage (we used pervious asphalt).
